NewslettersThe Third Circuit Bar Association’s newsletter, On Appeal, will soon begin its third year of production and has become a valuable source of information for both the bench and the bar in the Third Circuit. The newsletter covers a wide range of topics in careful detail — from amendments to Third Circuit local rules and changes in the Circuit's procedures, to past and upcoming Association-sponsored CLEs, to recent Third Circuit decisions. Needless to say, this broad coverage is only possible because of the valuable contributions made by many of the Association's members. With that in mind, we strongly invite and encourage you to contact the newsletter’s editor, Colin Wrabley at Cwrabley@ReedSmith.com, with any ideas you might have for content or, better yet, to volunteer to assist in drafting future newsletter articles — Colin looks forward to hearing from you.
