NewslettersThe Third Circuit Bar Association’s newsletter, On Appeal, has become a valuable source of information for both the bench and the bar in the Third Circuit. The newsletter covers a wide range of topics — from amendments to Third Circuit local rules and changes in the Circuit's procedures, to past and upcoming Association-sponsored CLEs, to recent Third Circuit decisions. Needless to say, this broad coverage is only possible because of the valuable contributions made by many of the Association's members.
